Full-Time Hours:
Training is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. After training, various shifts are available Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently process customer orders, offer product suggestions, and manage account inquiries using advanced technology.
Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll provide the training you need to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries.
Build meaningful business relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat support.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that best fit Uline's offerings.
Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication abilities.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial; however, a willingness to learn is essential and we will provide training!
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
