At Kanaan Communications, LLC, you will serve as a Coordinator Quality Control Field, ensuring construction or installation work meets all standards through inspections, tests, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Your role includes addressing and documenting issues, and collaborating with teams to implement quality improvements across projects.

What You’ll Do
Schedule and oversee quality inspections during installation to ensure compliance with plans.
Support final inspections to confirm work meets customer and construction requirements.
Identify, document, and report issues, and follow up until resolved.
Verify required tests are performed and results are documented.
Help with project activities and follow installation milestones as directed.
Organize and maintain quality control records and reports.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and coordinating with teams.
Work overtime, travel, and handle on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities as needed; perform duties in all weather conditions.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
At least 18 years old.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid state driver’s license (cannot be provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
Additional Qualifications
One year of relevant work experience.
Quality control experience preferred.
Associate’s degree in an industry-related field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry’s standard practices.
Knowledge of customer installation standards and documentation.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Duty: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; perform fine hand motions, bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 pounds without assistance.
Occasional duties: work at heights, use ladders, lift >55 pounds.
