About the Team The Engineering 360 Product Management Team is a core pillar of how the company builds and delivers software, focusing on our rapidly growing Card business. We build products, services, and tooling to enable faster, scalable, stable, and well-managed delivery. Product managers on this team navigate technical concepts like Site Reliability Engineering, Test Automation, Continuous Deployment, and overall Developer Experience.
About the Role As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will drive the future of our internal engineering products. You will own the near‑term roadmap for key features and capabilities, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role blends strategic thinking, technical fluency, and cross‑functional partnership to deliver transformative business outcomes. You will use data and analytical storytelling to demonstrate progress, identify risks, and communicate opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own the Feature Roadmap and Delivery:
Manage the entire product development process, including backlog management, story documentation, grooming, and prioritization to ensure features deliver on critical business outcomes.
Define Data Strategy and Intelligence:
Establish a core data strategy for your product area, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability while synthesizing test results for compelling business recommendations.
Drive Engineering Team Partnership:
Translate user feedback into clear, well‑defined business epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering closely with tech to research and explore new technical approaches.
Champion Enterprise Collaboration:
Work across organizational boundaries to align with partner team roadmaps, reduce duplication, and share insights that may impact teams outside your immediate focus.
Problem Solving and Insights:
Challenge problem statements, test assumptions, and develop counter‑arguments, applying strong judgment to solve specific problems and inform product strategy.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or equivalent in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

1+ years translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products.
1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
1+ years as a product owner in an agile development process with cross‑functional teams.
