The
HR Data Analyst
will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions, improve employee engagement, optimize talent management, and enhance overall organizational performance. This role involves analyzing data, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to the business. The Employee Development Analyst will work closely with key systems to create reports and dashboards and collaborate across departments to ensure data supports the company’s workforce strategies and goals. Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze Human Resources data, including employee performance, turnover, engagement, recruitment, compensation, and benefits Integrate all data into visualization tools like Power BI or DOMO Develop and implement data-driven strategies for workforce planning, retention, recruitment, and employee development Utilize HRIS, benefit platforms, surveys, and other data tools to manage and analyze data Prepare and present regular reports on Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Development metrics, highlighting key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis of people data, including identifying patterns and predicting future needs Collaborate with business partners to align analytics with broader business goals and planning strategies Support recruitment strategies by analyzing candidate data, sourcing channels, and success rates to enhance hiring processes Assist in designing and executing employee engagement and retention strategies based on employee satisfaction data Utilize predictive analytics and modeling techniques to forecast people-related trends Identify areas of continuous improvement in process optimization and improvements in data accuracy and efficiency Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Core Competencies: 1. HR Data Analytics & Systems Expertise Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, DOMO) Strong proficiency in data warehouses and integrations Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and knowledge of statistical analysis software 2. Workforce Insights & Strategic Planning Strong knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices Expertise in employee engagement surveys, organizational development, and workforce planning Ability to analyze complex HR data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders 3. Collaborative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with People Operations, business leaders, and cross-functional teams 4. Attention to Detail Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail in handling HR data and reporting 5. Ethical Data Management & Compliance Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
