**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal management to maintain a professional presence at the location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
