- Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, such as billing and payment tracking.
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and maintain organized records.
- Review and process invoices in compliance with company policies.
- Utilize software tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to support accounting operations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company procedures when handling sensitive financial information. Requirements - Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record management.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Skilled in using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in billing and financial documentation preparation is preferred.
