- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and track invoices, ensuring timely distribution and payment.
- Match purchase orders (POs) with invoices and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Manage spreadsheets to organize and maintain financial records.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting systems.
- Make necessary adjustments to financial entries to ensure accuracy.
- Handle cash applications and reconcile accounts.
- Communicate with other departments to address inquiries and share financial information.
- Process invoices and statements for multiple entities within the organization.
- Support transactional accounting functions, focusing on basic AP and AR tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience in invoice processing and tracking.
- Familiarity with handling purchase orders (POs) and matching them to invoices.
- Ability to effectively manage spreadsheets and organize financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments.
- Basic understanding of transactional accounting functions.
