As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol** in **Chillicothe, IL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for all. You will remain highly visible, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the industrial and manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as required.
  • Document security-related incidents and maintain clear records as per Allied Universal guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
