  • Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography (Board Certified)

Clinical Practice Details

• Facility Size:

  • 18 operating rooms
• Case Volume:
  • 25-30 cardiac anesthesia cases per month requiring TEE
• Major Case Types:
  • Cardiac
  • General Surgery

Cardiac & Specialty Cases

• Cardiac:
  • CABG
  • Valve replacement
  • Aortic surgery
  • Advanced EP ablations
  • Watchman procedures
• Other Services:
  • General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
  • OB (C-sections required; epidural skills helpful but not required)
  • Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro
• Trauma: None

Required Skills & Procedures

• Arterial lines (A-line)
• Central venous catheters (CVC)
• Pulmonary artery catheters (PAC)
• Regional anesthesia
• TEE capability required
