Job Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth consultations and hospice care
- Manage calls for crisis visits, symptom management, and admissions
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and share call responsibilities across two locations
- Participate in IDT consultations, medication consultations, and telehealth visits
Qualifications
- Active OR and WA medical licenses and DEAs
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospice
- Valid BLS certification
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On-call duties 4-6 nights per month and 1 weekend
