About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within the organization, ensuring that all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements are met. This includes developing and maintaining policies and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance program. The Chief Compliance Officer will also be involved in providing guidance to the Board of Trustees and executive/senior management on compliance matters, conducting investigations of compliance violations, and fostering a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.

Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a healthcare organization, with a focus on compliance and privacy programs. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, particularly those related to mental health, substance use, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
