About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior leadership team. The CFO will be a key executive responsible for the financial operations and success of the organization, with oversight of various areas including accounting, information technology, materials management, revenue cycle, patient access, health information management, and patient financial services. This role requires a strategic leader who can maximize revenue growth, identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, and ensure long-term financial stability. The CFO will also be involved in the development of the company's short- and long-term strategic goals and will play a critical role in advising senior leadership and the Board of Commissioners on financial performance and metrics.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years of total experience, with a healthcare background, is preferred, including at least 10 years in a management or director-level role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, be a visible and engaged leader, and possess the ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders. Essential skills include strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on performance improvement, safety, and service.
