About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to serve as a strategic business partner and leader in the design and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving the company's security posture, embedding automation, and fostering a secure-by-design culture across all operational and product development processes. This role requires a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to translate technical risks into business impacts and ensure continuous compliance. The CISO will also lead the development of a resilient and innovative security organization that supports the company's high-growth business model and builds trust with customers, partners, and the market.
Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and industry-recognized security certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, risk management, or IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior security leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise security programs, managing multi-million-dollar security budgets, and leading incident response in enterprise environments. Experience in hybrid cloud, SaaS, colocation, or data center environments, as well as a background in regulated industries, is highly valued.
