About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer for its Human Data division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the business, including P&L, strategy, go-to-market, delivery, quality, security, compliance, and team building. This role involves acquiring new business from AI labs and tier-1 tech companies, owning enterprise sales cycles, and building durable relationships with key stakeholders. The Chief Revenue Officer will also be tasked with owning the business plan, pricing, margin targets, forecasting, and budget adherence, as well as fostering a culture of accountability and operational rigor.
Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position should be primarily located in San Francisco, with a willingness to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates from top institutions. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, social, and gregarious personality, great management skills, and a strong background in sales and commercials. Experience in complex MSAs/SOWs, pricing strategy, and margin management is essential, as is a proven track record of building multidisciplinary teams and excellent stakeholder management. Digital proficiency is a must, and experience in AI labs and a strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning are considered advantageous.
