About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and launching a comprehensive talent management system that spans the full employee lifecycle, from acquisition to development and retention. This role requires a transformational leader who can balance and maintain the core culture of the company while bringing the rigor of a world-class public company. Key responsibilities include executive partnership, organizational design, culture and employee engagement, total rewards, and IPO readiness, as well as driving the global DEI strategy and leading a best-in-class talent acquisition function.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive People/HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-most People leadership role for a rapidly growing, global organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing, globally distributed People teams, and deep expertise in designing executive compensation and equity strategies for pre- and post-IPO companies. Experience in diverse employee populations and a background in the fintech or high-growth technology sectors is preferred. The role demands a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, with exceptional communication, low ego, and high empathy, and a passion for emerging markets.
