About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the President, owning the end-to-end operational execution to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performance delivery across gaming, technical, and IT operations. This senior leadership role demands an operations executive with a strong background in regulated, technology-driven environments, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include setting and executing operational strategy, defining and optimizing processes, establishing KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also involves overseeing regulatory compliance, licensing, installations, and customer support in gaming operations, leading customer implementations and driving continuous improvement in technical operations, and owning enterprise IT infrastructure and modernization in IT operations.
Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operations leadership experience in gaming, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
