About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development with a keen eye for strategic product growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the company's growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This pivotal role involves expanding market presence, building high-impact strategic partnerships, and delivering sustained revenue growth across core customer segments. The VP of Business Development will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that growth initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and will be responsible for leading negotiations and closing high-value deals that contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales and business development experience within the coffee, beverage equipment, or food service industry. The role requires a proven track record in driving revenue growth, exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. The VP of Business Development will also be expected to conduct market research, identify emerging trends, and maintain deep industry expertise to inform product innovation and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include overseeing the new business sales cycle, leading a high-performing business development and sales team, and partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product development, operations, and finance to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
