About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven revenue strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes optimizing all revenue-generating functions, identifying new monetization opportunities, and leading globally distributed sales, marketing, enablement, and channel teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multi-product SaaS businesses, with experience in sales-led environments, PLG, or consumption-based models. Strong global leadership experience, particularly in North America and EMEA, and the ability to lead through change and scale functions are essential.
As the CRO, the successful candidate will also be tasked with evolving and scaling the company's go-to-market approach, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that customer experience and success are at the forefront of the revenue strategy. The role requires an exceptional communicator with a strategic mindset, analytical acumen, and a people-first leadership style. The CRO will be expected to champion a collaborative, feedback-rich culture and serve as a culture carrier across the leadership team. Responsibilities will include forecasting, analytics, and operational rigor to proactively identify growth opportunities and operational gaps, as well as overseeing the entire customer lifecycle to foster a customer-first culture and reduce churn.
