Greet guests and complete registration, including data entry, room rate confirmation, room selection, electronic key coding, promotion of marketing programs, distribution of welcome packets, and ensuring guests are directed to their rooms. Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring accurate accounting of rooms and services, processing payments, handling money, converting foreign currency, and handling gift certificates. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information—room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local area and general product knowledge—and answer guest inquiries. Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, efficient manner. Field guest complaints, conduct research, negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction. Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests. What are we looking for?
