Operate large commercial vehicles, including tractor‑trailers andbeds, ensuring safe and timely transport of goods. Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, maintaining accurate driving logs and vehicle documentation. Adhere to DOT regulations, hours‑of‑service, and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams. Collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare, load, and secure orders, maintaining a positive and safety‑conscious environment. Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent; alternative combinations of education and experience that demonstrate required skills are acceptable. Valid California Class A Driver’s license with a “T” endorsement (doubles, triples, tankers), manual transmission experience, and at least 21 years of age. A clean driving record, background check clearance, and drug test pass. Medical certification clearance card, FMSC clearinghouse registration, and a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience operating Class A vehicles, with prior delivery experience in wholesale or warehouse environments preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills; basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and oral communication. Knowledge of driving laws, speed limits, accident procedures, and the ability to perform long hours of driving and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills to sequence tasks effectively and group similar items.
