Base pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour. Store

Vallarta Supermarkets Team Members ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers by providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Team Members support day‑to‑day operations by working collaboratively with other team members and departments. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions, product locations, and general information. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Operate the cash register and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently (if assigned to a cash handling position). Keep customer service areas safe, clean, organized and well‑stocked. Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., deli, bakery, produce) to fulfill customer needs. Adhere to all store policies and health/safety regulations. Assist and participate with company marketing promotional events and programs as needed. Lift boxes ranging from 20–60 lbs. (weight of items may vary by department).
