What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with incoming and outgoing calls from customers to provide exceptional service
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment management and reservations
Analyze reports to ensure accurate equipment placement and customer reservations
Help manage the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
Direct incoming customer equipment to appropriate areas based on demand and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
Proficiency in customer service skills, time management, and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with reservation systems or inventory management
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
