This Custodian position ensures that the campus is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. Custodians play a crucial role in maintaining a hygienic and well-kept environment, which is essential for the well-being of building occupants.

Job Duties:
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common spaces, through comprehensive sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing procedures.
Moves, rearranges and dusts furniture and fixtures.
Reports needs for repairs to higher-level custodians.
Washes blinds, windows, and walls.
Picking up trash, watering plants, etc.

This will be filled as a Probational appointment.
Work Schedule:
7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compensation:
$20,800 annually.
