Job Description The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for scheduling new‑hire intake appointments, filing, scanning, copying, tracking documents, maintaining office supplies, drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence, and performing additional administrative duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate administrative and clerical policies and procedures.

Assist the Operations and Management Consultant Manager as needed.

Schedule new‑hire intake appointments.

Type and proof correspondence, edit reports for publication.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintain compliance with state statutes on travel preparation and processing.

Answer the division main line and provide telephone coverage.

Support staff with travel itineraries, records, forms, IT inventory, and paperless communications.

Maintain division office supplies and procurement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Effective verbal and written communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong independent and team collaboration skills.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.

Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of administrative experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Background Screening & Selective Service

All applicants must undergo Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting and state and federal criminal checks.
