The e2i program is seeking a talented animation student to join a creative team for real-world projects, working on animated content for various media. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your animation skills, collaborate with other students, and apply your creativity to industry-driven projects.
Summary Of Responsibilities
Animation Creation: Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D animated content that aligns with project goals and creative direction.
Storyboarding & Character Design: Work with the team to develop storyboards, character designs, and animation sequences that contribute to project narratives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure animation meets the overall vision and timeline of the project.
Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine animations and ensure high-quality output.
Deadline Management: Deliver animation assets in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail and creative integrity.
Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
Academic Status: Must be a current student at Utah Valley University, ideally majoring in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Animation Software Skills: Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya, etc.).
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous animation work (preferred).
Preferred Major: Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (degree‑seeking student preferred).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, taking direction from other team members and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in animation design, ensuring smooth transitions and visual consistency.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple animation tasks efficiently.
