Love Baked Wings is a culture‑first, chef‑driven brand bringing its next chapter to Pasadena after years as a destination on Melrose Ave in LA. We operate in one of the most popular segments in the industry—wings—with a clear point of view rooted in quality, intention, and execution.
Our kitchens are built around the belief that Baked is Better—bringing together cleaner eating and truly crave‑worthy food. Everything is made from scratch using thoughtful techniques, quality ingredients, and systems designed for consistency and speed.
The Role: Kitchen Team Member As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be focused exclusively on back‑of‑house execution. This role is for cooks who take pride in preparation, cleanliness, and consistency, and who want to be part of a disciplined, well‑run fast‑casual kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prep and bake wings and menu items according to recipes and standards
Execute consistently during high‑volume service periods
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
Keep prep, line, and storage areas organized and stocked
Follow systems designed to support speed, quality, and accuracyCommunicate clearly with teammates to support smooth kitchen flow
Take ownership of your station and contribute to a positive team culture
Who we’re looking for
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchens
Team‑first mindset with an ownership mentalityCoachable, focused, and accountable
Experience in fast‑casual or high‑volume kitchens is a plus, but consistency, attitude, and effort matter most.
