Compensation:
$16-$20/hr based on experience
What You'll Do:
Expertly seal central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems using Aeroseal technology.
Assist with shop duties, including receiving parts, organizing inventory, and keeping our fleet "truck-ready."
Build rapport with homeowners, ensuring they are satisfied and excited about the services we provide.
Work hand-in-hand with our Install Manager and Coordinator to ensure seamless job execution.
What You Bring:
You have high integrity and a drive to be better today than you were yesterday.
Previous duct cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with teammates and customers.
A valid driver's license with an insurable record is required. Candidates must also pass a drug screen and background check.
Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour
