Summer Day Camp Director

The Ferndale Parks and Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic, organized leaders to direct our state-licensed Summer Day Camps. Camp Directors oversee daily operations for one of three age-based programs (5–7, 8–9, and 10–12), ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for every camper. This role combines leadership, creativity, and hands‑on involvement—guiding staff, planning activities, supporting camper well‑being, and fostering a positive camp culture filled with games, crafts, water play, field trips, and special events. Employment Period: May 4, 2026 through August 14, 2026 $20 Per Hour
