Implement behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our new center-based ABA program. Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients. Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family. Maintain client records completely and accurately, including documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients. Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic. Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification. Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours. Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients. Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated. Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director. Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration. Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters. Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required. Participate in program development and team goals. Other duties as required. Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's Degree required. Required experience in related field. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly. A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance. Benefits
