CDL-A dedicated reefer driver for Costco stores. 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stop‑offs, weekly pay $1,330–$1,630, 50% drop‑and‑hook freight, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly installments for experienced drivers.
Responsibilities
Haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls.
Drive 100% no‑touch and 50% drop‑and‑hook freight.
Complete 3–4 loads per week with 1–2 stop‑offs per load.
Operate within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD.
Pay & Bonus Potential
Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
Weekly performance pay.
$5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
$2,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
Paid orientation.
Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
