Job Description StretchLab Hollywood & StretchLab Echo Park
About the Role As a Flexologist at StretchLab Hollywood or Echo Park, you’ll deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions that genuinely improve how people feel and move — often in a single visit. This isn’t a generic gym job: you work hands‑on, build real relationships, and see visible progress in flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction.
If you love anatomy, movement, and helping people get out of pain or move better — this is one of the few roles where you can use that skill daily, get paid for it, and actually see the impact immediately.
What You’ll Do
Deliver safe, customized one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions.
Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
Build strong relationships to support membership retention and recurring bookings.
Update client notes accurately after each session.
Enforce proper technique and safety standards.
Educate clients on benefits, stretching principles, and progress.
Assist with studio tours and explain membership options when needed.
Keep equipment and the studio clean and ready.
Support sales and operations when required (e.g., membership drives, lead follow‑up).
Who You Are ✔ Passionate about mobility, flexibility, and helping people feel better. ✔ Comfortable with hands‑on work (it’s physical). ✔ Great communicator who can explain technique and benefits. ✔ Friendly, professional, and punctual. ✔ Able to work evenings/weekends to match client demand.
Preferred Experience
Background in Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or similar.
Fitness/wellness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, AFAA), or related degree.
Prior client care experience.
