Room Attendant
role.
Summary of Position The primary purpose of this position is to provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors, etc. in designated areas of the hotel. When assigned to guestrooms, the attendant replaces linens, replenishes amenities, makes beds, and responds to guests' special requests. Also, communicate with guests to respond to special requests and complaints.
Responsibilities
Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors.
Replace linens, replenish amenities, make beds, and respond to guests' special requests in guestrooms.
Communicate with guests to respond to special requests and complaints.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Must be able to work a day shift between the hours of 8 am–6 pm, with flexibility to shifts including weekends and holidays.
Compensation Salary: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour.
Benefits
Paid Holidays – 6 paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members)
Paid Time Off (PTO) – available to all team members after one full year of service.
Sick Leave – available for team members employed in Oregon or Washington after 90 days of employment.
