We are seeking a highly analytical
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our team. This role will focus on providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance through accurate forecasting and analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for management Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred) ~5+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance ~ Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling ~ Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) ~ Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
