Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Bloomington, IN. Responsibilities include assisting with landscaping and hardscaping tasks such as building retaining walls, completing yard transformations, handling equipment and tools, and performing seasonal cleanup services. The Crew Member will also ensure project sites are maintained properly, assist with material transportation, and follow safety protocols on-site. Cooperation and teamwork are essential to achieving high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in landscaping and lawn care tasks, including retaining wall construction and yard maintenance
Experience with tools and machinery related to outdoor property improvements
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a tidy work environment
Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to work full-time and on-site in Bloomington, IN
