The Real Estate Assistant provides essential administrative, transaction, and client support to two Senior Agents on a high-performing real estate team. This role is ideal for an unlicensed individual who is willing to get licensed, eager to learn the real estate business, contribute to a smooth client experience, and play a vital part in overall Agent support. This is not a role with The Noel Collective, but under an agent within The Noel Collective. Responsibilities

Transaction & Paperwork Support

Draft offers, counteroffers, buyer representation/listing agreements, and other real estate documents under agent direction Prepare, organize, print, and manage transaction paperwork Assist with file compliance and document organization Client & Agent Communication

Send weekly update emails to sellers Respond to client inquiries that require research and follow-up Conduct outreach to other agents Listing & Marketing Coordination

Perform property research and deep dives for new listings Schedule and coordinate marketing shoots (photography, videography, etc.) Print and prepare listing materials and marketing collateral Place signs and lockboxes for listings and open houses Showings & On-Site Support

Schedule showings and put together showing schedules Conduct property showings for clients as needed Prepare and deliver appraisal packages Client Experience & Touchpoints

Order and coordinate closing gifts and client appreciation items Deliver client gifts, closing gifts, or other personal touches General Administrative Support

Handle miscellaneous tasks, research, and problem-solving to support agents and clients Licensing & Growth Opportunity

Support and guidance were provided for obtaining a real estate license Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and career growth upon licensure Work Environment

Fast-paced, collaborative real estate team Mix of office, remote, and in-field work Qualifications

Does not need to be currently licensed, but willing and able to obtain a real estate license Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation

$20 hourly
