Job Summary
We are seeking
Fitness Professionals
to join our team of coaches. As a
Coach/Instructor , you will lead fitness classes, ensuring that people of all fitness levels are able to participate. Your goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives and have fun while doing it! The ideal candidate is someone who can command a room, is positive, engaging and has a passion for fitness.
Responsibilities
Lead fitness classes to studio members and guests with professionalism
Keep members engaged and safe
Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
Qualifications
Personal trainer or group fitness instructor certification/experience
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
First aid and CPR‑certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Current facilities: Glen Rock and Westwood (more to come in Bergen County)
