is the original pest control provider in the New England area. We pride ourselves on providing first‑class services focused on public health and safety. We innovate to add more services to keep homes and businesses safe and healthy, and we value our people. Location Brattleboro, VT (servicing customers in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts)
Responsibilities
Make personal connections with customers, building relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Inspect attics, crawl spaces, interiors, and exteriors of homes or businesses.
Apply pest control treatments in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
Work independently while maintaining company policies and safety standards.
Assist in maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
What We’re Looking For Someone with a positive attitude, independence, a desire to build relationships, and a commitment to keeping the community safe and healthy. You show dignity and respect to all customers, explain solutions in simple terms, and put the customer first.
Training & Growth
Two‑month intensive training program.
Paid technical training and required state pesticide licensing.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within its manufacturer weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
Work in all weather conditions.
Obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay Range $45,000 – $65,000 annually.
