Job Summary As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador. You’ll wear, layer, and style looks for our customers, creating an elevated retail experience. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge, and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service.
Your Day to Day Includes
Customer Service:
You approach guests proactively in a warm and welcoming manner to help make a difference in their day.
You are a brand ambassador, eager to share your passion for gorjana.
You curate memorable experiences for each guest, surprising and delighting them with our service standards.
You deliver exceptional customer experience to ensure we create brand loyalty and build lasting relationships.
You are solution‑oriented, using available resources to handle concerns promptly and seek partnership if needed.
Styling:
You wear gorjana jewelry to work each day, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests and demonstrating gStyle standards.
You develop expertise in our collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions.
You confidently present curated styling choices to guests, highlighting intentionality, versatility, and personalization.
Sales:
You leverage deep product knowledge and elevated, intentional language to drive meaningful connections and results.
Conversion is underpinned by authenticity; we turn every footstep into an opportunity to create a lasting experience.
You are self‑motivated and seek to better your performance and that of your team daily.
You take pride in owning your performance progress and utilize internal resources to develop your sales skills.
You champion team success by participating in and encouraging team selling on the sales floor.

Operations:
You are comfortable leveraging POS technology to support daily store operations.
You maintain floor standards by following visual directives and keep the store environment beautiful.
You take initiative restocking and completing tasks during downtime.
You help fulfill BOPIS and Same‑Day Delivery orders for a smooth customer experience.
You assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments so the right items are on the floor at the right time.
Additional Duties:

Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Execute monthly floorset directives highlighting new launches.
Handle weekly cash deposits with precision.
Facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the warehouse.
Job Requirements
Love for the gorjana brand.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
Ability to open or close the store.
