We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Opener/Catcher/Packer. This is a key hands-on role that ensures quality control from start to finish in the printing and packaging process. Key Responsibilities
Open incoming jobs and verify garment style, color, and count before printing begins. Organize and prepare orders for the production team. Stand at the end of the dryer belt to collect printed garments. Inspect each piece for print quality, accuracy, and placement. Place verified items into bins for packaging. Fold, tag, and bag garments according to customer specifications. Verify sizes, counts, and order accuracy. Pack items neatly into company boxes for shipment. What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail — quality control is a major part of this role. Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented attitude and reliability. Previous experience in screen printing or production a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person!).
