Line Cook
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning to ensure readiness for cooking
Set up workstations with all necessary tools and ingredients before service
Cook and prepare food to order according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
