What You’ll Do
Facilitate room flow from check‑in to check‑out, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
Utilize Avimark, PetDesk, and ScratchPay software platforms to update patient accounts, schedule appointments, take payments, and document client correspondence.
Support teammates, demonstrating personal accountability and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Effectively multitask and prioritize various duties.
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding care and a smooth workflow.
Maintain a calm and respectful demeanor under pressure.
Must be comfortable around dogs and cats.
