$21.00/hour – $23.00/hour Imagine Your First Week
You start your day by opening the maintenance dashboard and turning incoming requests into clear, trackable work orders. Before lunch, you’ve walked the stock room, verified what’s on the shelves, and submitted a parts order so the team never waits on critical components. In the afternoon, you log timecards in IFS, field a road maintenance call, and close the month’s report so leadership knows what was fixed, how long it took, and what’s next. What You’ll Do
Convert maintenance requests into work orders in the computer system and keep them current through completion. Monitor and count parts inventory to ensure the department has what it needs when it needs it. Place replenishment orders when stock runs low or out, and perform regular cycle counts for accuracy. Manage Maintenance department timecards within IFS. Respond to and coordinate all road maintenance calls. Provide month‑end closeout and deliver reports to the appropriate departments. Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned to keep operations moving. How You Work
You champion safe, high-quality work. You follow established safety and quality processes so the environment stays safe and the output stays excellent. What You Bring
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required). Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience. Strengths: Heavy equipment repair fundamentals; mechanical troubleshooting; general maintenance and repair; machine safety inspections. Your Impact
