Web-to-Print® Finishing Operator - Pressure Sensitive (2nd Shift) - Plant 1
Belmark is seeking an individual to join our team at our Web-to-Print® Pressure Sensitive plant in De Pere, WI. We create many of the labels, cartons, pressure‑sensitive and flexible films that consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for all associated equipment and processes implemented in the Finishing Department in Web-to-Print®, including all functions of the Digicon Finishing Platforms, the Coupon Folding Equipment, and the Omega Coupon Inserter. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. You will operate the machines at the highest efficiency while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high‑quality products.
Schedule
2nd shift hours are from 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday – Thursday.
Pay
$21–$24 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials.
Shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.00 more per hour.
What will you do in this role?
Follow all safety procedures and nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
Maintain quality, productivity, and waste according to established standards.
Perform all job tasks using required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
Web the finishing units.
Clean the finishing units.
Perform routine maintenance on the finishing units.
Complete necessary job paperwork.
Understand and properly utilize computer‑based hardware and software associated.
Keep work area and the machine organized and clean.
Meet the 48‑hour stated turnaround objective.
May cross‑train in other areas of Web‑to‑Print®.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Perform duties specific to our Hazardous Waste Management Program for proper disposal of spent solvents, waste inks, and other designated waste products (e.g., placement of waste solvents/inks in designated waste drums, labeling, and moving drums to storage locations).

Minimum Qualifications
High‑school graduation or equivalent.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, decimals, fractions).
Ability to give, receive, and analyze information.
Proficient in computer operation.
Physical capabilities: stand and walk 80% of work time; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 20% of work time; see clearly at 20 inches or less; see clearly at 20 feet or more; identify and distinguish colors; observe an area that can be seen up/down or left/right while eyes fixed on a point; judge distances and spatial relationships; adjust eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
Use hands 100% of work time; reach above shoulders 50% of work time; use feet to operate machines 30% of work time.
Lift: 10 lbs or less 25% of work time; 25 lbs or less 30% of work time; 50 lbs or less 25% of work time; may lift up to 100 lbs or more 5% of work time.
May be required to lift up to 100 lbs or more.
May be required to use sense of smell.
