MasterTech is on the search for Field Mechanics in Phoenix, AZ.
The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy‑duty equipment both in the shop and at large and exhilarating job sites. We are looking for a range of experience working on mining, earthmoving, and drilling equipment.
Compensation
$30.00 - $70.00 / hour based on experience.
Relocation assistance and sign‑on bonuses available.
100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life and AD&D insurance.
401k retirement plan.
Per diem options, up to $150.00 / day.
Weekly pay.
Shift Schedule Options
10 on 4 off
9 on 5 off
8 on 6 off
Key Qualifications
3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earthmoving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
Experience with welding and fabrication.
Able to commit to overnight travel assignments when necessary.
Valid driver's license with clean record. CDL, or able to obtain one.
Full set of tools.
