Bike Mechanic – e‑Bike Refurbishment Center
We are an innovative e‑mobility company partnering with an e‑bike refurbishment center located in Düsseldorf, Berlin, or Stuttgart. If you are not in one of these cities we can help with relocation from Germany.
This role is for a fast‑paced, growing startup that combines technology, mechanics, and sustainability under one roof. Whether you are an experienced bike mechanic or a rising talent with a strong technical mindset, this position offers real growth potential and hands‑on experience with a wide range of e‑bikes – from city models to cargo and mountain bikes.
Your Role
Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e‑bikes.
Prepare e‑bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in‑house fleet.
Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.
Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.
Your Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in bike or e‑bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).
Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.
Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands‑on technical problem‑solving.
Comfort working independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
Fluency in German and/or English.
