About the Role Join our team as a
Production Associate
in a
climate-controlled, advanced manufacturing environment . You’ll work with precision machinery to produce small metal parts for the automotive industry, perform quality audits, and ensure every product meets the highest standards. This role offers
growth opportunities
into lead operator or supervisory positions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production lines
for efficiency and accuracy.
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery
to maintain optimal performance.
Move materials and push carts throughout the facility.
Operate cranes and organize large metal coils
safely.
Perform
quality checks and audits
on fuel lids and small metal parts using visual inspection and measurement tools.
Act as a liaison between production and shipping;
build pallets based on customer orders .
Utilize
lathe and grinding machines
for welding department tasks.
Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with work instructions.
Assist with
inventory management, material handling, and loading/unloading shipments .
Essential Skills
Ability to
stand for 10+ hours
and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly (including overhead lifting).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Experience in
fast-paced manufacturing or production environments .
Willingness to perform multiple tasks, including machine operation and quality audits.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Machine Operator, Overhead Crane Operator, Quality Auditor .
Familiarity with
lathe, grinding machines, and measurement tools .
Ability to interpret technical instructions and complete paperwork accurately.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $17.22/hr.
