Overview Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production equipment to meet efficiency standards
Troubleshoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Perform mold changes and machine startups
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
Use measurement tools to ensure product quality
Maintain accurate documentation and clean workspaces
Assist in training new team members
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, lean manufacturing, 5S
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
Experience in process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred)
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thermometers, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS or similar)

Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs

Shift Schedule Schedule Type: 12‑hour rotating 2-3-2 schedule
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotation Example: Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday → Off Wednesday & Thursday → Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday → Work Wednesday & Thursday → Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday This schedule provides a consistent rotation of 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, then 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off.
