Senior Refrigeration Technician - Ammonia Focus Refrigeration Systems Construction and Service•El Paso, TX, US
Job Description RSCS, a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years is now hiring Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technicians . RSCS actively promotes a solid 'team environment' and is seeking technicians who enjoy working on a variety of equipment brands across a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Ammonia Service Technician
Proficient in:
Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
Performing motor alignments
Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
Understanding industrial-level ammonia refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience)
Capable of:
Working independently in client facilities
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
Performing start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration
Self-motivated, hands-on, and a self-starter
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation
Must have a clean driving record
