Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates for the Corrugated Facility in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full‑time role focused on operating equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Salary & Bonuses
Base: $19.00 / hr
2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 / hr (total $20.00 / hr)
3rd Shift Differential: +$0.50 / hr (total $19.50 / hr)

Shift Information
Currently hiring for 2nd (3pm‑11pm) and 3rd (11pm‑7am) shifts.
Orientation (first 2 weeks) on 1st shift: 7am‑3pm; thereafter assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift.
Flexibility for overtime, holidays, and weekends required.
Locations 3100 Southport Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29302
Responsibilities
Operate equipment according to standards and product specifications.
Enter data into computer control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Support team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
Operate or work around mobile equipment.
Adhere to safety rules and wear required protective gear.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing or pulling for up to 12 hours daily in a loud/noisy environment.
Qualifications
Experience in corrugated packaging industry preferred.
Ability to work all shifts, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
Physical stamina for lifting, standing and performing tasks in a high‑volume environment.
