Dental Front Desk Admin – Central Massachusetts Orthodontic Associates PC – Worcester, MA, US
Job Description We are excited to offer a full‑time front desk/patient coordinator position with our orthodontic practice. The role is four days a week with no nights or weekends, and requires travel to three local offices. Compensation is competitive and includes benefits such as a retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments
Collecting and posting payments, including credit card transactions
Verifying insurance coverage
Tracking and collecting patient account receivables
Coordinating doctor/patient schedules and handling all office responsibilities
Assisting and supporting other staff members to provide the highest quality service to our patients
Characteristics and Requirements
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to learn new programs quickly
Effective communication in a professional and courteous manner
Great organizational skills with attention to detail
Commitment to the protection of confidential information, records, and reports
Ability to occasionally manage the front/business office alone
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and team‑player spirit
